Payment on our website is safe! The exchange of confidential data between the online payment system and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), completely protected from unauthorized access. Confidential data from your credit card is sent directly to the authorization center online. Card numbers are not stored in our system.
Croatian Helsinki Committee pledges to protect personal data from its donors. We will gather only the personal data necessary to carry out the donations submitted; Croatian Helsinki Committee informs the donors about the way of securing the personal data, and gives its donors the ability to choose not to participate in various lists which we may prepare for marketing purposes or to remove their data from our systems altogether.
Purpose and refund conditions
Croatian Helsinki Committee is obligated to spend donated money for achieving the Committee goals only, and refund is not possible.
Important payment notice
All donations will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
