SUMMARY REPORT ON THE 28th ROUND OF THE CROATIAN TELECOM FIRST LEAGUE
Under the framework of the Direct Protection of Fan Violence project, CHC observers monitored the games of the 28th Round of the Croatian Telecom First League, and based on direct insight and collected data recorded the following events.
NK RUDEŠ – NK OSIJEK 1:0
The match between NK ‘Rudeš’ and NK ‘Osijek’ was played on April 7. 2018. On the stadium in Kranjčevićeva street in Zagreb, in front of 300 supporters, among whihch were about 20 members of Rudeš Boys (NK Rudeš fan club) and about 30 members of Kohorta (NK Osijek fan club). The game went on in a fair, sportsmanlike atmosphere without any supporter sallies, except in 11’ and 60’ minute Kohorta members chanted “HNS faggots, you’ve fucked up football”.
HNK HAJDUK – NK LOKOMOTIVA 0:1
The game Hajduk – Lokomotiva was played on April 7. 2018, on the Poljud in Split stadium in front of about 8650 watchers, among which there were over 3000 members of Torcida (HNK Hajduk fan club).
Before the match started, as the media said as well, the administration of Hajduk has put up Croatian football federation’s flag upside down on it’s official mast. Even though delegates have warned them about it, the administration of Hajduk didn’t want to turn the flag as it was a ‘message’ from them. In 14’ and 15’ minute Torcida chanted ‘HNS faggots, you’ve fucked up football” and “Šuker you Turk, suck some dick”, and in 25’ ‘Let’s go whites, stamp on the purgers”. In 27’ minute Torcida has lit up smoke device, in 63’ 5 flairs, in 64’ 3 flares, in 69’ 23 flares, from which 2 were thrown on the tartan and in 70’ minute another one.
In extra time ‘Torcida’ sang “I hate Dinamo”, and “purger pussies” after that.
NK SLAVEN BELUPO – HNK RIJEKA 1:3
The game Slaven Belupo – Rijeka was played on April 8. 2018, on the City stadium in Koprivnica in front of about 2500 watchers, among which there were over 100 members of Armada (HNK Rijeka fan club).
In 20’ minute ‘Armada’ chanted “HNS faggots, you’ve fucked up football”, which was repeated in 31’. In 51’ minute they chanted “I hate Dinamo, I hate Hajduk, I hate purgers and tovars”, and then again “HNS faggots, you’ve fucked up football” and “fuck you Mamić”.
NK ISTRA – GNK DINAMO 0:4
The game Istra – Dinamo was played on April 8. 2018, on the Aldo Drosina stadium in Pula in front of about 2000 watchers, among which there were over 100 members of ‘Demoni’ (NK Istra 1961 fan club) and about 200 members of Bad Blue Boys (GNK Dinamo fan club).
From 1’ until the 3’ minute BBB chanted “Mamić, you gypsy, get out of the holy hand.”
In 28’ ‘Demons’ lit up around 10 flares and in 48’ they chanted “HNS faggots, you’ve fucked up football”. In 69’ ‘Demons’ lit up a flare, and from 86’ to 88’ minute BBB chanted “Mamić, fuck you you’re not Dinamo, we are Dinamo.”
