SUMMARY REPORT ON THE 34th ROUND OF THE CROATIAN TELECOM FIRST LEAGUE
Under the framework of the Direct Protection of Fan Violence project, CHC observers monitored the games of the 34th Round of the Croatian Telecom First League, and based on direct insight and collected data recorded the following events.
NK LOKOMOTIVA – NK DINAMO 3:1
The match of the 34. Round of the HT first soccer league played on April 28. 2018. In Zagreb, on the Kranjčevićeva stadium in front of around 2.000 supporters, among which were about 200 members BBB (Dinamo fan club). In 18’ minute BBB chanted “Mamić you gypsy, leave the holy land” which was repeated in 20’ minute. In 44’ minute BBB lift up a picture of Zdravko Mamić with his head crossed over while chanting “Zdravko Mamić, serbian bastard”. During the game BBB twice chanted: “..brass knuckles to the head, for Dinamo’s glory”.
HNK RIJEKA – NK INTER ZAPREŠIĆ 5:1
In front of 5.000 supporters, on May 8. 2018. At 18:00, on the Rujevica stadium in Rijeka, a match of 34. Round of the HT first soccer league was played. Among the supporters there were around 1.500-2.000 members of Armada (HNK Rijeka fan club), who celebrated their 31 year anniversary which was marked with fireworks in 31. minute. The match went on without any supporter sallies.
NK OSIJEK – NK CIBALIA 3:1
The match of the 34. Round of the HT first soccer league between was played on May 8. 2018. In Osijek, on the Gradski vrt stadium in front of around 3.000 supporters, among which were about 200 members of Kohorta (NK Osijek fan club) and about 100 members of Ultras (NK Cibalia fan club). Kohorta, in 64’ minute chanted “HNS faggots, you’ve fucked up football”. The rest of the match passed without any significant supporter sallies.
NK ISTRA – HAJDUK 1:5
The match of the 34. Round of HT first soccer league was played on May 9. 2018., in Pula on the Aldo Drosina stadium in front of about 2.000 supporters, among which there were around 600 members of Torcida (HNK Hajduk fan club) and about 100 members of Demoni (NK Istra fan club).
In 65’ minute members of Demoni and Torcida chanted together “HNS faggots, you’ve fucked up football”, and in 67’ Demoni chanted “Mamiću..” on which Torcida responded with “…cigane”. In 76’ minute Torcida lit up 7 flares.
